Association for IoT Services Coordination, a general incorporated association

Association for IoT Services Coordination, a general incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as Association) recognizes the importance of the protection of personal information, and regards it impossible to keep a healthy lasting relationship with members without proper protection of the personal information of members. In order to nurture trust between the member and the Association, the privacy policy of the Association is defined.

Article 1: Association shall not use personal information of the parties (hereinafter referred to as Members) who provide their personal information (hereinafter referred to as Personal Information) to purposes not mentioned below.

1. to implement the Omotenashi cloud service (hospitality cloud service) provided by the Association (hereinafter referred to as Service)
2. to improve the quality of the Service, and to solve the troubles encountered while providing the Service
3. to be used in feasibility study experiment to realize the Service

Article 2: In carrying out the purposes in Article 1, the Association shall not disclose or provide the Member’s Personal Information to a third party other unless one of the following conditions is met.

1. when the Member agrees to the provision of Personal Information to the third party
2. when the data is published as a statistical data by which an individual identification is impossible
3. when there is a pressing need to protect the life, body or the property of the Member and obtaining the agreement from the Member in question in a timely manner is difficult
4. when the information is requested on legal ground by the courts of law, prosecutor’s offices, and police offices and other government offices
5. when laws and regulations mandates such provision
6. when the provision is for the shared use defined in 2.2
7. when the Personal Information is put into an escrow

2 There are cases of sharing Member’s Personal Information among the partners of the Association when the feasibility study experiment to realize the Service is performed.

1. Purpose of the usage: to be used during the execution of the feasibility study experiment to realize the Service
2. Personal Information that will be shared: all the information provided as Personal Information
3. The scope of the partners who will share the information: the partners of the Association

3 The person in charge of the management of the sharing of Personal Information is the Managing Director of the Association.

Article 3: The Association receives the request of the disclosure, correction, etc. of the Member’s Personal Information from the Member by means of OPaaS.io Portal App or the receiving of the paper forms which the Association prepares, and shall act on the request. The paper form for disclosure and other forms which are defined by the Association shall be provided by the member support office of the Association defined in Article 4.

Article 5: In handling the Personal Information, the Association shall abide by the Japanese laws and other appropriate norms.

Article 6: By due diligence of executing proper safety measures, the Association shall avoid the risk of leak, alteration, loss, etc. of Personal Information.

Article 7: The Association shall perform regular auditing of the handling of Personal Information and shall try to improve the handling continuously.

一般社団法人 IoT サービス連携協議会

一般社団法人 IoT サービス連携協議会(以下、「当協議会」といいます)は、 個人情報保護の重要性を深く認識し、メンバーの個人情報の保護なくしてメンバーとの健全なお付き合いは有り得ないと考えております。より一層のメンバーとの信頼関係を築くため、ここに当協議会としてのプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

第1条 当協議会では、個人情報を提供する方(以下「メンバー」といいます)から当協議会に提供された個人情報(以下、「本個人情報」といいます)を以下の目的以外には利用いたしません。

1. 当協議会が提供する「おもてなしクラウドサービス」(以下、「本サービス」といいます)の実現
2. 本サービスの品質向上や、本サービス上のトラブル解決の実現
3. 本サービス実現のための実証実験事業

第2条 前条に定めた目的を実現するにあたって、当協議会は、以下のいずれ かに該当する場合を除いて、本個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。

1. 第三者への本個人情報の提供についてメンバーの同意がある場合
2. 個人の識別ができない統計的データとして公表する場合
3. メンバーの生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、 当該メンバーの同意を迅速に得ることが困難な場合
4. 警察・検察・裁判所などの法的機関から法令に基づいて提供を要求された場合
5. その他、法令又は条例に基づく場合
6. 第2項に定める共同利用の場合
7. 本個人情報を預託する場合

2 本サービス実現のための実証実験事業を実施する上で、メンバーの本個人情報を、当協議会の提携組織間で、共同して利用することがあります。

1. 利用目的:本サービス実現のための実証実験に関する業務
2. 共同利用する本個人情報:すべての本個人情報
3. 共同利用者の範囲:当協議会の提携組織

3 本個人情報の共同利用に関する管理責任者は、当協議会の専務理事とします。

第3条 当協議会は、メンバーが本個人情報の確認、訂正などを希望される場合は、OPaaS.io Portal Appまたは、当協議会の定める書面の提出により開示、訂正などに応じます。開示請求書など当協議会の定める書面の提供は、第 4 条の当協議会の相談室が応じます。

第5条 当協議会は、本個人情報の取扱いに関する、日本の法律、その他の規範を遵守いたします。

第6条 当協議会は、本個人情報に関して、適切な安全措置を講ずることにより、漏洩、改ざん、紛失などの危険防止に努めます。

第7条 当協議会は、本個人情報の取扱いに関して、定期的に監査を行い、常に継続的改善に努めます。
